Dr. Vinay Aggarwal is a seasoned, Cedars-Sinai trained, board certified internal medicine physician. He strives to help his patients achieve their desired health goals no matter how dire the condition. Along with PlatinumCare LA, Dr. Aggarwal has been involved in creating a “new” practice model, which focuses on patients and the use of technology to achieve hassle free, superior health. He studied Neuroscience and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and completed a Masters of Public Health at Yale University. Afterwards, he obtained his Medical Degree at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Aggarwal is a co-founder of PlatinumCare LA, regularly attends wards, sees patient at Cedars Sinai and Olympia Medical Centers.
Shamim Shakibai, MD
Dr. Shamim Shakibai is a double board-certified internal medicine and obesity medicine physician trained at the prestigious Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. His interests focus on creating a new model of health care where the patient is at the center of the health care team. He is also involved in new and evolving technologies that helps patients with wellness and disease prevention. Dr. Shakibai studied Biochemistry and graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach as a President’s Scholar. He then attended the University of California, Davis where he received his Medical Degree. Along with being a co-founder of PlatinumCare LA, Dr. Shakibai has also been involved in hospital work as a medical attending at Cedars Sinai and Olympia Medical Centers.
Emily Dowe, PA-C
Emily Dowe is a licensed and board-certified physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in Aesthetic medicine. She has years of technical education coupled with an impassioned fascination of aesthetics. Emily attended the prestigious CCNY Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and completed her Physician Assistant training in New York City under the Columbia University Harlem Hospital program. Ms. Dowe maintains California state licensure and is also a fellow member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Prior to attending PA school, Emily served five years active duty in the United States Navy.
